Hey Everyone!!!

So you are getting this email because you were on my list of people interested in kayaking the Pine Barrens!  I have finally figured out the details (see below).  

What:  Kayaking the Wading River
When:  September 26-28, 2008
Where:  Wharton State Forest (Godfrey Bridge Campground)
Price: $35 for EVERYTHING!

Leaving Times:  I get this question ALL OF THE TIME, “What happens if I cannot leave until after (Fill in reason here) at (fill in time here)”.  Answer:  Since we will be staying at a NJ State Park, myself and one other person will have to leave the shed at 1pm in order to check into our campsite.  For everyone else, we can organize another group to leave later, so don’t worry about it.  

Important Details:  1) I would love to take everyone on this trip, but because of the cost of the trip and the VERY limited amount of drivers (hint hint lol) I can only take 12.  Now, don’t start worrying, this number may seem small, but trust me, most people will bail out and there will be plenty of spots open.  2) Because we will have a big group there will not be enough kayaks at the shed so we will rent.  To make it cheaper we will be renting double kayaks (so bring a buddy, or we can supply one for you!)  

More Important Details:  I am going to sign people up on whoever can pay me first, I will be at the shed THIS WEDNESDAY, Sept 17 at 9pm.  You need to fill out waivers and give me your money then.  If you cannot make it to the shed, but would like to go on the trip, then send me an email with a place and time I can meet you to get the paperwork and money.  Since I need to book the sites soon, any special trips I have to make need to be done by the end of the day Thursday Sept 18th.
