First Meeting

Hi All,

Hope everyone had a great break, but now back to the fun! First off our first meeting of the semester will be Wednesday January 27th at 9pm at the shed. For directions see “the shed” tab.   This semester we are planning a whole bunch of trips including whitewater  rafting, winter camping, and many day hikes. As always, dues are also due again for the spring semester so this meeting would be a  great opportunity to take care of that.

Secondly, our advisor Rick Lathrop is planning on running a snowshoe trip on Feb 12-14 and is looking for a student leader to help  run this trip. If you are interested either contact Rick or come on Wednesday.

Also, for anyone interested, the Central Jersey Grotto is having a caving trip with its members on Feb. 5-7 (see below email). If you are interested, please contact the grotto directly (again, see below) and mention that you are from Rutgers outdoors club. As far as gear, the club has helmets, a few head lamps and a few jumpsuits that can be borrowed by our members.

Hope to see everyone Wednesday!

Johanna
