About Johanna

I'm a Senior majoring in structural engineering and construction management . This is my fourth year in RUOC and I love it!! I have been a girl scout for over 15 years and love everything about the outdoors (hence why I am here!) My favorite activities are orienteering, whitewater rafting, rock climbing, and just being outside. I think I could fish before I could walk, and probably knew how to start a campfire before elementary school. I encourage everyone to just get out there, try everything, and most importantly have fun, because that's what it is all about!

About Angela

I joined RUOC because I love to be outside doing adventourous things. My love for the outdoors probably stems from the annual family camping trip we took when I was younger. I love hiking, biking, snowboarding, camping, climbing, sailing, riding horses and Jeep-ing. I also occasionally jump off of rocks into the water below, just don't tell anyone because that is probably not really allowed. If there is a line on the ground with a sign that says "Do Not Cross Line" I will probably put at least one of my feet, probably both, over the line. I am an animal science major and I live on Cook campus. I love animals and I hope to work in the field of wildlife conservation in the future.

About Sean

I'm Sean. I joined RUOC last semester (Spring '08) and I love it here. It is full of lots of friendly  and helpful people. I enjoyed it so much that I am now the treasure of our club. I have been in the outdoors for as long as I can remember and have done anything from tending fires to wilderness survival training. I love surfing and it is my new found outdoor love. I'm also big into cars and enjoy working on classics. I am also a Community Service Officer  at Rutgers Police Department. About Joe

I'm Joseph Tricarico, a sophomore at Cook, but most people call Joe or "Crazy Joe". I went to the BBQ last year, coming in by way of foot from the stadium--I don't recommend that anyone try that again-- ever. My experience in the out of doors is legendary among Boy Scouts in the Central New Jersey Council of BSA. I am an Eagle Scout and have been hiking since before I could walk. RUOC is one of the few things at college that helps keep me sane and balanced, so I highly encourage anyone with even a passing interest in the non-urban to join. My favorite...or rather second favorite thing to do outside is canoeing, or perhaps kayaking.
